Is my data safe? Where is it stored?

Yes. KyAuto is 100% offline. Everything is stored only on your iPhone, encrypted. No accounts, no cloud of ours, no tracking. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings → Restore purchases inside the app. Purchases and subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID, so they restore on any device signed in with the same account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the App Store → tap your photo → Subscriptions → KyAuto → Cancel. Your access stays active until the end of the current period.

What does the free version include?

A full dashboard, 1 vehicle, 20 maintenance records, 30 fuel-ups and 5 documents. Pro removes the limits and adds reports, PDF export, backup, multiple drivers, CSV import and widgets.

How do I back up or move my data?

Pro users: Settings → Backup → Export creates a file you can save to iCloud Drive or Files, and Restore imports it on another device.

Which units and currency does it use?

It adapts to your region automatically (km/L or mi/gal, and your local currency). You can force metric or imperial in Settings → Units.

Does it work in other languages?

Yes — English and Portuguese (Brazil), selected automatically by your device language.

How do I export a PDF report?

Open Reports → Export PDF… (Pro). Choose exactly what to include — financial summary, category breakdown, consumption, and maintenance/fuel/cost history — and optionally attach all your documents (photos and PDFs) on the following pages. Quick presets: Complete, Financial, Resale.

Can I attach the invoice/quote to a maintenance?

Yes. When adding or editing a maintenance record, tap Attach invoice / quote to add one or more files or photos. They are saved encrypted and also appear in the Documents tab under a “Maintenance / date / type” folder.
