Is my data safe? Where is it stored?

Yes. KyPDF is 100% offline. Every document is processed and stored only on your iPhone, protected by iOS file protection. No accounts, no cloud of ours, no tracking. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. Purchases and subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID, so they restore on any device signed in with the same account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the App Store → tap your photo → Subscriptions → KyPDF → Cancel. Your access stays active until the end of the current period.

What does the free version include?

Unlimited scanning and image-to-PDF, text-to-PDF, metadata and read aloud, plus 3 uses per week on each other tool. Pro removes the limits and unlocks Word/Excel/PowerPoint conversions, OCR searchable PDF and PDF/A.

How much is Pro?

Monthly (auto-renewable) or a one-time Lifetime purchase that covers all current and future features. Prices are shown in your local currency on the paywall. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

Why isn't a converted file perfect?

Conversions (PDF ↔ Word/Excel/PowerPoint, HTML → slides) run fully on device without a server. Complex layouts, custom fonts or scanned pages may differ from the original. For scanned PDFs, run Searchable PDF (OCR) first so the text can be recognized.

Does it work in other languages?

Yes — English and Portuguese (Brazil), selected automatically by your device language. OCR recognizes the languages set on your device.

Where are my saved files?

Saved PDFs live in the app and in the Files app under KyPDF. You can share or export any result to Files, Mail or another app at any time.
